FAQ
We deliver to almost anywhere around the globe.
If you can't find your home country in the list, please contact us.
In almost all cases, yes we provide tracking for our items shipped with Netherlands Post.
General tracking is available on Post NL webpage, updated a few days after the package leaves our warehouse:
https://tracking.postnl.nl/track-and-trace
Once the package arrives to the destination country, it also appears in domestic postal services tracing page (USPS, La Poste, Royal Mail etc).
Often this provides more information than Post NL tracking (depending on destination country).
So far there are only three exceptions:
Australia: we can only follow Post NL shipments until their reach Australia.
Once inside the country, there's no further tracking available. Customs and transfer can take further 1-2 weeks.
If you need tracking anyways, we suggest using our expedited shipping option, FedEx or TNT.
Romania: for Romania we use sameday.ro as our shipping partner.
Slovakia: for Slovakia, we use Slovakian Post as our shipping partner.
Of course tracking is available for expedited shipments (FedEx / TNT) all over the globe.
All our products are stocked in our own warehouse in Hungary (EU).
(We do not use dropshipping or external warehousing)
Our shipping contractor for standard tracked mail items is Netherlands Post.
Orders are collected and sent to Netherlands every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (this may change in case of national holidays).
In Netherlands they enter international postal traffic, get transferred to destination country, where it is delivered by your national postal service.
Tracking is usually available, but please refer the previous FAQ item for details.
Expedited items are delivered by FedEx or TNT.
We chose the optimum based on the local conditions in the destination country.
Tracking is available in all cases.

You may contact us there if you would like to verify :)
But also feel free to order through our eBay store - it's a bit more expensive due to their fees, but it might give some additional peace of mind.
In case you order here in the webshop, PayPal is a secure payment intermediary which protects both parties (most importantly buyers).
Lastly, all our company data, tax and registration numbers are available under the Business details tabs.

No, all of them are injection moulded parts produced in our own lab.
See below bulletpoint for details...
(you may notice in our eBay store, that many years ago we also used 3D printing... there's good reason we stopped that : )
We manufacture all our products ourselves, we do not buy from external manufacturers or contractors.
This way the complete manufacturing process is controlled by us, maintaining high and consistent quality.
Our manufacturing method is precision micro injection molding, which is far superior than 3D printing, both in terms of accuracy and durability.
We use well proven automotive grade materials (mostly Delrin a.k.a. POM, and ABS)
In case of some gears, manufacturing is done (or finished) on high precision CNC machines.
All items are quality checked for fitment.

The short answer is, you will most likely need to disassemble your odometer.
From there, we will be happy to assist you to identify your gears, even if they are broken beyond recognition or completely missing.
We are building a database which will help our customers choose based on VIN or other identification data, but that's a lot of effort...
Meanwhile, we do our best to assist your choice!
Please refer our article about replacement guidelines.
There are some odometer systems where this conversion is easily possible, and we already manufacture some gear sets for this.
An article will soon be posted about this under Help, but meanwhile please contact us if you need such conversion.
